Yes, we can work with clients all over the country*. We have the ability to meet virtually (via Zoom, Skype, Google Hangout, and FaceTime) and share data using the latest security features. With just one click you'll be able to view our computer screen and connect to the audio through your headset or telephone.
If you should hire us for financial planning services you are not required to move investments to us, nor do you have to let us manage those assets. Whereas most wealth management firms base their client relationships on the amount of assets you have or net worth, our main goal is to keep you on track with your comprehensive financial plan. Asset management is just an add-on service that we provide.
No. There are no minimum account sizes or net worth requirements. That is what you are paying us for, right? To grow your wealth and net worth! We want to build you a sound financial plan and get you working right away towards wealth creation.
Our initial meeting is complimentary, enabling us both to ensure we’re a good fit for each other.
Based on the composition services, our fees are $250 or $350 a month for comprehensive financial planning services. If you would like for us to manage your assets, and you are also in the monthly subscription program, then there is an additional asset management fee of 0.50% for ETF/mutual fund portfolios. If we only manage your assets, or if under a monthly subscription plan you desire an individual stock/bond portfolio, you will be charged a higher asset management fee of 0.75%.
Great! Please head over to our contact page and give us a call or email. We look forward to meeting with you!

We know these terms can get confusing, but this is an important question. Felton & Peel operates like a “fee-only” firm within its financial planning and asset management services. But because we are also a licensed insurance agency, we cannot be considered 100% fee-only as fixed insurance products can pay commissions, hence the term fee-based.
A fiduciary is someone in a position of trust and confidence that must place the interests of those he or she serves ahead of their own. As CFP® professionals we are bound to a fiduciary standard, which you can read here.
Felton & Peel Wealth Management, Inc. is an Investment Advisor that is registered to conduct business in the states of Georgia and New York. We also operate in other states pursuant to regulatory exemptions. Our firm is subject to advisory regulations.
One important question you should always ask when considering a firm’s services is: “May I please have a copy of your Form ADV Part 2?” This document contains meaningful disclosures about the firm’s business practices, conflicts of interest, fiduciary duties, as well as background information about the firm and its personnel. If a firm does not offer this document, ask for details on any and all charges you are likely to incur at engagement and annually thereafter.
The term “Registered Investment Advisor” does not imply any level of skills or training.
Yes. Unlike many firms, we do not have income level or net worth minimums. We realize that everyone has financial needs, and think there should be an objective resource where people can get answers to their financial questions without having to turn over management of their assets or meet minimum requirements. We are proud to work with people from all income levels, and all walks of life. There is no better time to get started than today.
If you're looking for a firm that can "beat" the stock market, or you're interested in trying to time the market, we are probably not a good fit for each other. We believe that wealth is created through patience and discipline over the course of many years, and making sure that we meet or exceed the financial goals outlined in your financial plan.
Investing involves risks that you should be prepared to bear. All investment strategies are subject to general market fluctuations and no strategy is guaranteed. Moreover, Felton & Peel will not hold custody of your assets or investment accounts. We have engaged a custodian to hold your assets. Our custodian is a broker-dealer that is registered with FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) and a member of SIPC (Securities Investors Protection Corporation). You will receive account statements from the custodian on at least a quarterly basis or more frequently based on account activity.
